What would encourage me to make a return visit to www.lelong.com.my

The first reason is the general design of this website is quite good, not too complicated and not make me so confusing when access to this website. The second reason is this website provides many categories of the products to sell, i can search for many products that I am interested in. The third reason is i can buy the things at the cheapest price.

Commerce is a transactional capacity of a site- the sale of goods, products, or services on the site- along with shopping carts, shipping and payment options, checkout, and order-confirmation functionality. The dimension of commerce of this website are credit card approval and one-click shopping. The users can pay for the item they buy by using credit card.(refer to graphic 3.7.2).Besides, the users also can buy the products with a single click on "buy now".(refer to graphic 3.7.1)

Connection is the degree to which a given site is able to link to other sites through a hypertext jump, or hyperlink, from one webpage to another. The dimension of connection of this website is links to site. It take the user completely outside the homesite and into a third-party site. The lelong website can link to the red zone website.

Broadcast is a one-way information exchange from organisation to user. The dimension of customisation used by lelong is personalisation. Personalisation is the customisation innitiated and managed by the user. Lelong has provide the registration form for the users to fill up. The users must register first before they can sign in into the website.

The users of the website can share their knowledges and experiences through the forum.(refer to 3.3.2)

The type of contents of this website are time-sensitive content and current content. Time-sensitive content means that the content has very short shelf life. For example: shop & win contest at lelong.The contest period is from 1 June- 28 June 2009. Current content means that the content does not require frequent updates. For example: "diskaun tinggi".(refer to graphic 3.2.2)

There are two dimensions of context which are functionally and aesthetics. The functionally oriented site is the best describe of this website. There are 3 critical factors in the layout of the functional oriented site. First is the section breakdown which means that the website is organised into subcomponents and is essential in providing customers with coherent, easy-to-understand navigation choices. There are many navigation buttons can be chosen by the users. The users can choose the page they want to access.(refer to graphic 3.1.2) Second is the linking structure. The users can easily back to the home page after access to other page. The linking structure enables the users to move easily back and forth between section of the site and quickly find what they want. The last one is the navigation tools.It can facilitate the movement of each user throughout the site.
